Light is gorgeous - HOWEVER, when we went to install the light, there are integral missing parts, the decorative caps and the mounting bracket & screws are missing from the box. Very frustrating. We already contacted customer service because the description states that light bulbs are included, but when we noticed they were missing, we were told they were not included. Okay, it didn't make sense that the bulbs would be included, but the description should not state that they are. Now we are missing actual parts that should've been included. Hoping they make it right. Considering the cost of this light, I don't think we should be expected to install it with a makeshift mounting bracket but especially not with random decorative screws. UPDATE: Contacted J & M - they overnighted the mounting bracket and decorative screws. When the light is installed, will add photos. Thank you for quickly resolving the missing parts.. Lisa. MI. Though it comes in a variety of forms, one thing stays the same about the fixture: Its transparent glass shade is not a perfect circle, and the pretty bulb underneath it is, making for a contrast both elegant and subtle. Perfect for renters and apartment dwellers—though certainly not limited to them—the fixture swag comes with a long woven cord that plugs directly into the wall, and two small canopies, so you can hang it however you like, according to your furniture arrangement.
