This fixture is really great looking!! Especially for the price. Love that it can be hung with the glass up or down. We will hang so the glass lanterns point down for best lighting and ease of changing the bulb.. Lucilyn. TN. Wed May 07 2025

Light is gorgeous - HOWEVER, when we went to install the light, there are integral missing parts, the decorative caps and the mounting bracket & screws are missing from the box. Very frustrating. We already contacted customer service because the description states that light bulbs are included, but when we noticed they were missing, we were told they were not included. Okay, it didn't make sense that the bulbs would be included, but the description should not state that they are. Now we are missing actual parts that should've been included. Hoping they make it right. Considering the cost of this light, I don't think we should be expected to install it with a makeshift mounting bracket but especially not with random decorative screws. UPDATE: Contacted J & M - they overnighted the mounting bracket and decorative screws. When the light is installed, will add photos. Thank you for quickly resolving the missing parts.. Lisa. MI. This is beautiful and high quality for the price. Only comment is that the recommended lightbulbs are pretty dim. I actually love it but we’ll need to put a dimmer switch on the second one we’re adding to our bathroom so we can increase lighting when needed. Ashley. Berea, OH. Mon May 18 2026
