Light is gorgeous - HOWEVER, when we went to install the light, there are integral missing parts, the decorative caps and the mounting bracket & screws are missing from the box. Very frustrating. We already contacted customer service because the description states that light bulbs are included, but when we noticed they were missing, we were told they were not included. Okay, it didn't make sense that the bulbs would be included, but the description should not state that they are. Now we are missing actual parts that should've been included. Hoping they make it right. Considering the cost of this light, I don't think we should be expected to install it with a makeshift mounting bracket but especially not with random decorative screws. UPDATE: Contacted J & M - they overnighted the mounting bracket and decorative screws. When the light is installed, will add photos. Thank you for quickly resolving the missing parts.. Lisa. MI. Overall very happy with this sconce. Ordered 2 for our basement bar area. They appear to be of nice quality. They look really nice although the metal looks a little different than the pictures, they still work. Installation was easy. I haven't gotten around to buying the bulb shown in the listing but had Edison bulbs handy and they work and look really nice for now.
