Standing lamps provide a quick and easy way of brightening your home while also adding a touch of style and color. Endlessly versatile, floor lamps can be found in any number of lamp types, décor styles, and lamp sizes, materials, and finishes. Whether you plan to decorate your minimalist inspired, black and white outfitted living room, outfit you hallway with a tall floor lamp that accentuates your high ceilings, or plan to better illuminate your child’s pink, princess-themed play room with a similarly pink standing lamp, Joss & Main’s extensive selection of floor lamps ensure that you’ll find the perfect floor lamp for your style and lighting needs.
Shop Floor Lamps by Lamp Type
From arched floor lamps that promise to gracefully hang over your comfortable reading chair to tall, torchiere floor lamps that flood your ceiling with a soft, enveloping glow, floor lamps come in a far wider variety of types and options than most shoppers expect. Fortunately, Joss & Main makes it easy to quickly browse through the lamp types and styles available to you to find if any one look resonates with you. If your decorating tastes lean heavily towards modern and contemporary design, you’ll likely want to consider modern lighting staples like the arched and tripod floor lamps. On the other hand, if you’re lighting requirements call for more focused illumination on a particular spot, perhaps for reading, writing, or crafting, starting your search with only task lamps could save you quite a bit of time.
Shop Floor Lamps by Style
If you have a particular style that you’ve been carefully cultivating with your furniture and décor purchases for years, shopping for a floor lamp that reflects that style can seem challenging. Whether it’s an earthy, rustic aesthetic that you’re trying to match, or a sleek, modern look that you’re hoping to advance, sorting through hundreds of lamps to match your unique style is intimidating. Along with style, you may have an existing color scheme you hope to complement your new standing lamp with. While Joss & Main can’t choose the exact style and color lamp you’ll love, our style and color filters do help cut down the time it’ll take you to find that perfectly stylish mid-century modern or rustic floor lamp we know you’ll love.

Light up in style. Our tripod floor lamp features a sleek iron base with a black finish, adding a touch of industrial flair to your space. I really do like the look of this lamp and it looks good behind my big reading chair. That being said, I should have paid more attention to how long the feet of the lamp are. They didn't easily fit under the chair so I had to use some ingenuity to get it to work. I'm thinking of finding something similar to a weighted umbrella base instead. For now, I unscrewed one of the legs but have it propped up on some books. Megan. Wheaton, IL. Mon Sep 14 2026

Style wise this lamp is a 10/10 (exactly what we were looking for). My only complaint is it feels little flimsy in terms of the screw in components. Black and metallic tones give this floor lamp an understated, but refined, appeal. The round base, slender body, and shade are made from steel. With a minimalist style we love and tons of features, this 65" floor lamp is unlike any other. This metal-framed luminary has a single 150W bulb (not included) inside its beige fabric drum shade. Its round wooden surface doubles as a tray to keep earrings, paperclips, or a collection of keys, while the stainless steel body bends to create a streamlined silhouette. The best part? The circular table is outfitted with a USB port, so you can always keep your electronics charged and at the ready (while keeping outlet space free). It's also easy to operate with a 3-way switch. Bonus: It's compatible with LED bulbs, too.
The lamp shade is angled slightly and the top curved metal piece was a different shade of antique brass than the other pieces. Also there was a small dent on the base but customer service was great. The lamp is definitely solid though and of high quality. I love that it is a 3 way bulb (not included). The table has a small usb charging port on it too and is very convenient for a drink to be set on. I would buy this product again and had a great experience with J&M customer service as well.. Inspired by the Tridacna gigas: the world’s largest clam and source of the most extraordinary pearls. This collection celebrates the beauty of rarity and reveal. Oblong, pearl-like opal glass diffusers rest atop ruffled metal “shells,” painted in rich hues of burgundy, pine green, and dusty peach. The forms echo the ancient shell game, a dance of deception and discovery, where anticipation meets allure. Select pieces, including the table lamp, floor lamp, and wall sconce, incorporate deep walnut wood, adding warmth, texture, and timeless sophistication to the collection’s sculptural elegance.
