The lampshade arrived very dented with additional cosmetic issues such as a hair and some tufting on the linen fabric. Mostly, I got nowhere with the customer service with Joss & Main. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again. This is a pretty high price point for the quality of product and service.
