I purchased two of these metal chaise lounge chairs last year and liked them so much that I came back and bought two more this year. That alone probably says a lot. They’re not flimsy at all, but they also aren’t a pain to reposition—there’s enough weight to feel durable, yet they’re still easy to move around the patio when needed. The cushions are another highlight. They’re comfortable enough for long stretches of lounging without feeling too soft or losing support. Whether you’re sitting up or laying back, they strike a nice balance between firm and plush. Delivery was quick both times I ordered, and everything arrived in great condition. We finally put our loungers together after purchasing a couple months ago. Easy to put together, they are beautiful and pretty strong. Cushion is firm and water beads up on it. So far 3 put together one was missing the peg for the table so table slides all the way out instead of stopping. We couldn’t find the pegs in box. First of all, we bought two chairs (similar to this) a few years ago. Last year one of them broke when someone sat on it, which was disappointing because it was such an expensive chair. We were also disappointed there was no warranty for the price. Anyway, this spring I ordered this chair to replace the broken one. I ordered black so the two chairs could match as close as possible. We waited weeks for the chair, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong color. So we sent it back and asked for the color we ordered. We waited for weeks again. The chair finally arrived and it was the wrong color again. So we sent it back again. Now we are waiting for weeks again. I hope when it comes, it will be the right color. But it is also a drag that we ordered this in plenty of time to have it by our pool this summer and whenever we get it , the summer will be half over. I wouldn’t complain so much if the item wasn’t so pricey. I feel like- for this price, we should be able to expect a higher level of service.
