My order arrived fast. These chaise lounge seats are beautiful and as shown in pictures. The cushions are sturdy yet comfortable. Very beautiful. Can’t speak on durability as we just received them but with a little maintenance-it should keep well. Update: Oct 14th - we noticed a crack on the back base of the chairs. First of all, we bought two chairs (similar to this) a few years ago. Last year one of them broke when someone sat on it, which was disappointing because it was such an expensive chair. We were also disappointed there was no warranty for the price. Anyway, this spring I ordered this chair to replace the broken one. I ordered black so the two chairs could match as close as possible. We waited weeks for the chair, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong color. So we sent it back and asked for the color we ordered. We waited for weeks again. The chair finally arrived and it was the wrong color again. So we sent it back again. Now we are waiting for weeks again. I hope when it comes, it will be the right color. But it is also a drag that we ordered this in plenty of time to have it by our pool this summer and whenever we get it , the summer will be half over. I wouldn’t complain so much if the item wasn’t so pricey. I feel like- for this price, we should be able to expect a higher level of service. Amazing fine quality merchandise on this lounge frame which was fully bubble wrapped, cushion was with factor wrapped sealed. The reason why I am explaining this is due to the fact that I purchased an open box which was 50 off the price. It was exactly as described in the listing.
