Most sideboards make you choose: indoor elegance or outdoor durability. This one gives you both.
Built from solid eucalyptus — a premium tropical hardwood with naturally high oil content — this 51.7" sideboard is equally at home beside your dining table, in an entryway, on a covered patio, or anchoring a screened-in porch. Eucalyptus is inherently resistant to moisture, UV exposure, and insects, which means it doesn't need the chemical treatments or synthetic coatings that compromise lesser woods. The result is a piece that transitions seamlessly between indoor and outdoor living without sacrificing the warmth and character of real solid wood.
The design is quietly refined. Vertical fluted panels run across both cabinet doors, adding visual texture that reads as intentional rather than decorative. A gently curved apron connects the four tapered legs, and the top features a softly rounded edge profile — details more commonly found in indoor furniture but built here to last outdoors. Open both doors and you'll find four fixed shelves divided by a center panel, giving you organized storage for outdoor entertaining essentials, bar accessories, table linens, or whatever needs a home.
At just over 51 inches wide, it fits naturally as a buffet in a dining room, a console in a living room, a serving station on a deck, or a storage cabinet on a covered lanai. Whether you're hosting a backyard dinner party or organizing an entryway, this sideboard earns its place in any setting — and looks better doing it than anything made from poly lumber or resin.

This is a beautiful piece, and we are going to use it indoors. I had an issue with the first two units they sent me, because they were damaged in transit. The third piece arrived in good shape, with the exception of one of the door latch magnets being loose. It functions just fine without it. Overall, a nice piece of furniture.. Susan.
