Easy setup, unboxing was the most tedious part of the process. The furniture is labeled as gray but honestly, it’s more of a brownish gray, which I prefer anyway. I took off a star because the shipping and tracking made me crazy. Some of the boxes didn’t track and it was hard to keep up with the tracking as I wanted to be present when they arrived. This is a fantastic couch. The two seat is elegant, and the cushions are firm but comfy. It looks very high end and feels so spacious to lay on. We got the bleach white twill which looks great on this couch. The mattress is firm but that keeps it from feeling the springs underneath which is good. I would definitely recommend this.. Anonymous.
