Unfortunately, I can't give this item zero stars (for now). The 1st Loveseat came with a seat panel that was unraveling. The wicker had been severed even before being removed from the packaging. The replacement seat panel did not align with the side arm panels. So, I'm awaiting my 3rd Loveseat, hoping that all will end positively. That being said, the companh's response has been kind, timely, and responsive.
