I ordered this armchair in Taupe Chenille and was initially a bit nervous—one of the product photos showed a slight greenish tint, while the others looked more beige. I am so thrilled with my Hawkins armchairs. However, getting them was a little bit of a headache. The first four came separate from the last two. And the last two did not match the color. Joss and Main was fabulous about exchanging. It took a few tries for me to get the right color, but they were so understanding. The chairs look fantastic, are super comfortable, and I couldn’t be more happy.. Amy. Oldsmar, FL. Fri Nov 21 2025

Every dining room deserves a seat that works as hard as it looks. The Eve Dining Chair is built for retailers and designers who need a piece that reads as considered, not filler — one that anchors a full dining set or works equally well as accent seating. Rather than forcing a choice between comfort and structure, the Eve delivers both. Its cream boucle fabric seat feels considered against everyday use, while the black metal frame brings the strength retailers can stand behind. Meanwhile, the slender metal legs keep the silhouette visually balanced, and the armless profile lets it slide in and out with ease for effortless daily use.

The fabric on this chair is really beautiful. I LOVE the boucle texture -- the color is more on the creamy side than white. What I didn't like were the legs - they are very lightweight and look and feel a little cheap. They were also wobbly but might be fixable by tinkering with the bolts? I also didn't love the seat - it is VERY FIRM. It still felt comfortable to sit for a meal but definitely no plushness. Overall, it's a pretty chair because of the fabric but the legs and comfort get a thumbs down.. Cocodeville. FL. Fri Feb 14 2025
