I love the linen fabric and color; it was exactly what we wanted. However, the photo does not show that there is a 20" gap so your box spring & mattress would have to measure at least that to hide that gap. We returned it because we have a low profile mattress. The Joss & Main Aleja bed arrived well packed with no damage and looks exactly like the picture. We had box springs but it made the mattress too high against the headboard. We added a bunky board and the mattress height is exactly where it should be. We have a Beautyrest Black mattress which is 10" high and fills the frame right to the edges. We couldn't be happier with our new bed. We let the bed reach it's full height for 24 hours before sleeping on it. The first night I slept on it I woke up three times and was in some pain. But, I knew it was because this bed was realigning my spine. After the first night's issues I now sleep completely through the night and wake up very rested. The bed's mattress cover that comes with the bed covers all sides and has a zipper so that it can be removed for washing. I knew I didn't want to be doing that so I bought a cover made for memory foam cool technology beds. It is very thin terry cloth with a breathable moisture wicking back. You shouldn't use a regular mattress cover on this bed as the memory foam won't function correctly and the cool gel can't do it's job. A mattress cover needs to be very breathable in order for this mattress to do it's job and to not be hot to sleep on. Just thought I would mention this since some reviews have been about the bed being hot. It's not hot with the right cover. In fact it is wonderfully cool. Not even two years and my Asel queen bed frame has either cracked or completely snapped in two places. The fabric is nice, esthetic is nice, but frame rim where slats connect is brittle. When putting this together I thought this was going to be a tough bed with the metal mid supports and the way the pieces all bolt together but was wrong. With the cost of the frame this should have been made with a harder wood and tougher anchors. The rim uses what looks like drywall screws. A bed shouldn’t break from rotating your body.
