I love my new fireplace. The only problem that I have is the firewall does not meet and there’s gaps in it 2 of the holes that were already drilled was too big for the screws to hold the firewall in. I was able to make it work so that I’ll give it a four.

I was very excited to get this fireplace. The box was really beat up and a front panel piece was broke. I contacted customer services and they said they would ship part #11 out to me. My big concern was this fireplace had a manufacturer date of 2021. It was also more yellow and not white. Sure enough the replacement part came and it was a much fresher, brighter white. Obviously the original fireplace I received was sent back several times. I’m sending it all back at this point. I wish the company would have shipped me a new fireplace in the first place since that is what I purchased 10/23.
