I like the pan. I purchased based on recommendation by America's Test Kitchen. It was on back order which was not indicated when I placed the order so the delay of many weeks was disappointing but it arrived in perfect shape. The lid is lighter weight than I expected and the knob on top does get hot (as indicated in the ATK review) but it works really well on my induction stove.

Lovely pan, with a beautiful shape and finish. Evenly distributes heat, and the sloped side make ot excellent for whisking butters and creams into a frothy sauce.

This is a beautiful piece of cookware,well made and I love cooking my rice in this pan.

Very nice saucier! Easy to clean and doesn’t scorch my sauces or whatever I cook. It cleans up nicely and looks brand new again - that’s important to me.
