GreenPan Venice Pro Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 5qt Saute Pan with Lid

These pans are beautiful! If ever there was a perfect embodiment of the Instagram pan, these are it. The non-stick if very good. They heat very evenly. If anything the sides of the pan maybe get too hot. So, why only 2 stars? The coating is hella fragile. Don't look at it hard. Don't let anything touch it. Seriously. Think twice before cooking clams or mussels in them. Just be really careful setting them in the pan. Using only plastic, wood, or silicone, every single pan has at least one chip in the coating. We even put foam sheets over the surfaces to protect them during storage. The durability is very disappointing. But, dang, they are beautiful.

Great pan. We have been using it for several months now, following all the use and care instructions, with no damage. The only issue is that both the lid and pan handle get very hot when in use.

Nonstick works well. Haven’t had it too long.
