The tree arrived in a timely manner and meets my needs for a small tree…. Looks gorgeous with my decorations and ornaments

Love this tree. So easy to put together. Each section just locks into the other and lighting is done. So beautiful

A nice little tree but could have been a bit fuller. Doesn't look exactly like the picture on the site. I fixed it though by adding tie twist small branches to fill it out. Now it looks perfect. Also I thought the tree came pre lit but it did not. It states that it doesn't further down in the specifications. The pictures on the website showed it lit. All in all I'm fine with it and it met my needs.

Sparse and doesn’t look as described even after adjusting and trying to fluff it out. This is my second year using and it is a little embarrassing.

Good size of tree for my house. Easy to assemble. Light not comes with set so I add a bit small lights on it.

Great tree - perfect size for a high ceiling place. Not too slim like other skinny trees - it’s just perfect!

Purchased the 12 ft Kingswood Fir. It was a little sparser than I expected, but is still a beautiful tree, Once it was fluffed and I had ornaments on it, it looked beautiful.

Where do I begin...the tree is nothing like the photos. The photos are very dishonest. My tree was not full and lush as depicted in the website photos. I felt like I was ripped off. When I opened the box it looked like a completely different tree. I reached out to customer support so I can begin the process of returning the item and they kept saying the tree was not "fluffed" enough. There isn't enough fluff in the world to make this tree look full. It is bare and flimsy. The low quality of tree is very disappointing as well. I really should've read the reviews and this would've been avoided all together. On top of that they are not fully refunded my money.
