The Holiday Aisle® Grande Fir Pencil Slim Tree with Clear Lights

Being retired this tree was a splurge I lived it so much, I didn’t take not take it down as yet Too new to have lights burn out BUT a middle string of lights just burned out What can be done?? Thanks

The box was damaged when it was delivered. When I assemble the tree, there are not enough flights on the tree and it looks very skimpy and patchy when lit. The tree came in two days and I noticed the tree was $60 less than when I bought it. They refused to do price adjustment. Customer service was not very helpful at all. Very disappointed in my first purchase with Jos and Maine.

Cute Tree! It was a little thinner than I expected but it will give me more room around the tree.

The tree is plastic and polyurethane branches. Not as full as photos even after spending hours fluffing the branches.

Tree is nothing like what is depicted on the website. Not full at all - almost looks like its missing branches. Hassel to return it with Wayfair. Very disappointed with the entire experience. Will think twice before I buy from Joss and Main or Wayfair again.
