I purchased the Bari sofa and it is elegant, sophisticated, and truly luxurious. The only reason for my 4-star rating is that the backrest felt a little low for me, but I’m very tall, so that is personal preference. The product description is very clear, so there is no misleading information. I ended up returning it because I have a Shih Tzu and my pet could damage the fabric. The mattress is just over 5” thick and about what you would expect from a sofa bed. We ordered a mattress topper to make guests more comfortable. The back pillows have zippers. I deducted one star only because I wish it were more "off-white". It's more creamy/ivory/soft butter yellow in color. I like the scale/size. I like the fabric; it is soft and comfortable to bare skin. It seems sturdy and does not look or feel "cheap". The delivery was a welcome bonus; they were very quick to bring it inside, unwrap everything, put on the legs, remove all packaging, and place it where I wanted it. First off, this box is HUGE! So, if you have trouble carrying in items, I would definitely recommend having a family member or friend with you feeling delivery! That being said, I would give this item a 5 out of 5! Hands down, this is an adorable little loveseat. The assembly was extremely easy in my opinion. It took me about 30 minutes to complete. The couch is very comfortable, but notice the slope of the couch. It is a bit different from a standard couch. It reminds me more of a lounge seat than a formal couch. But it is so fun! Beautiful couch! It sits a little higher up which is nice because you sink into the comfy cushions. I thought the "Gibson Wheat" would have a more light brown shade. But it is more a light neutral slate color. I'm not mad at it because neutral colorings like this can be easily blended into rooms.
