The only reason for my 4-star rating is that the backrest felt a little low for me, but I’m very tall, so that is personal preference. The product description is very clear, so there is no misleading information. I ended up returning it because I have a Shih Tzu and my pet could damage the fabric. I ordered the Kodie sleeper sofa in Drusky Ivory. We chose this fabric because it is washable and will hold up with kids, pets, and guests. The sofa is perfect for our office area. The seat is pretty firm but not unexpectedly so, and appears well made. The bed folds in and out fine (we made sure to test it when the delivery team set it up for us). The mattress is just over 5” thick and about what you would expect from a sofa bed. We ordered a mattress topper to make guests more comfortable. The back pillows have zippers.
