Very pretty and comfortable. It is relatively firm, which I like, but the cushions don’t have quite as thick of padding as I expected. I ordered mink velvet based on the pictures because I wanted something with warm, brown undertones. However in person is looks grey most of the time. Had to redecorate a bit to make it work but overall I’m still happy with the purchase and with the customer service. Lots of compliments already.
