Either came already broken or was just so cheaply made it split within 10 minutes of sitting on it and I weigh less than 200 pounds. Joss/Wayfair Chat refused to return or replace and dumped me on manufacturer to send replacement parts (this isn’t serviceable). Even Joss tracking shows a QC issue and customer service didn’t care. Very disappointing for something that cost this much.

I received this bench and it had a chip on it but I didn’t want to send it back . I love the look of the bench but workmanship is very poor ! After only a month I sat on the bench & it collapsed to the floor splintering all the wood !!! I am very disappointed at the poor quality of this bench especially considering the high price !!!

Leather is a Terra cotta color, not a saddle brown. Leather seems not high quality and there are several flaws in the leather. Bench is a beautiful design and was easy to assemble. If leather doesn’t wear well as I fear, it will be easy to recover the bench.
