The quality is very good, I'd say closer to 5 stars. There's some minor sheen differences in the wood that I expect will look more consistent after cleaning. Packaging was good also, very easy to break down and separate out the styrofoam and cardboard as I'm able to recycle both. However, the unit was damaged -- one leg where it curves to form the long "ski" broke clean through. I don't know whether to blame the packaging or the design of the unit (but it is very stout). Maybe the shipper. In any case, customer service was painless and really top notch. I opted for a discount. I ended up repairing the leg and I'm happy overall.. Paige. Anacortes, WA. Sat Nov 08 2025

This upholstered bench brings a streamlined silhouette and practical functionality to your space. The padded seat features smooth faux leather that adds a sleek look, while a metallic frame provides a clean, modern base. Below the seating area, a built-in slatted rail shelf offers an accessible spot to keep shoes, magazines, or baskets organized and within reach. Its compact profile fits easily into narrow entries or hallways without crowding the area, introducing a versatile seating option.
