The bed is more than meets the eye, with a hidden compartment that is tastefully innovative and easy to access. 4 1/2 hours to put together!!!! The color ‘white’ on the website is more of a beige and the fabric looks almost linen-y. The hydraulic works well and there’s a ton of storage. Note that the base in the bed is not that sturdy and you won’t be able to put anything heavy in it. You absolutely will need 2 people to put this together. The bed sits much higher than what is shown in the photo. This bed does not sit like a lower profile/platform bed. The actual quality of the bed is great but the description was misleading.. Great sturdy bed. I dont usually assemble big items for our family but I was able to do this one by myself. Tested for some time. Very sturdy and quiet. Nice profile. The green is more grayish than the photos but not a deal breaker difference. The box came with a hole in it that punctured the back fabric of the headboard.
