This faucet is lovely in person and heavy duty. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the finish isn't quite as rich in person as it is online. I returned another brand for the same reason. I'm keeping this one but not quite what is portrayed. Online shades are difficult in general. However, as someone who purchases lots of faucets for clients, I am seeing more often the color is being enhanced for the online photo making it difficult to match finishes.
