Delta Trinsic Pull-Down Touch Kitchen Faucet & Reviews

Touch it on. Touch it off. Whether you have two full hands or 10 messy fingers, Trinsic technology helps keep your faucet clean, even when your hands aren’t. A simple touch anywhere on the spout or handle with your wrist or forearm activates the flow of water at the temperature where your handle is set. The Trinsic-led light changes color to alert you to the water’s temperature and eliminate any possible surprises or discomfort. Trinsic magnetite docking uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull your faucet spray wand precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use. Trinsic faucets with diamond™ seal perform like new for life with a patented design that reduces leak points, is less hassle to install, and lasts twice as long as the industry standard. Kitchen faucets with touch-clean spray holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger. You can install with confidence, knowing that our lifetime limited warranty backs Trinsic faucets. Electronic parts are backed by our 5-year electronic parts warranty. The industry standard is based on ASME a112.18.1 of 500,000 cycles.

BEWARE- less than one month after installing this faucet the connector piece to the hot water supply broke, resulting in hot water gushing out from under my sink. Despite addressing it within minutes it still has damaged my floors (in a brand new kitchen). If I hadn’t addressed the leak immediately it would have flooded/destroyed my entire first floor and basement, it was so much water. Major defect. I would not risk this. I also note that many reviews comment on a leak. I had a very minor leak under the sink which my plumber was coming to look at later in the day, we suspect that leak was the start of this malfunction (before it eventually blew off entirely). I note that as a PSA to never ignore even small leaks. Attaching a picture to show how much water we dealt with after 2-3 minutes (and me soaking up a good portion of it with towels already). Wayfair shouldn't even be selling this product right now.
