The bench was elegant, sturdy and light/easy to move. However there was a rustic/wooden smell to it, something that can be a feature in a large country house but not something we were necessarily looking for. We ended up returning the product, it indeed is more appropriate for outdoors than indoors. David. New York, NY. Tue May 12 2026

We chose this piece as it had the correct look to go with our existing lanai furniture. That being said, it feels cheap as it is made with a metal frame…perhaps I missed that in the description…I expected a composite material.. Barbara. Wayzata, MN. Thu Mar 06 2025

This picnic bench offers a streamlined seating solution for your patio or porch. It's crafted from solid teak wood, which features natural woodgrain for added depth and a weathered look thanks to wood scoring and rub-through distressing. This backless design is built to withstand the elements, as the material is naturally resistant to mold, mildew, weather, and rot. The spacious seat accommodates up to 3-people, making it a functional choice for gathering around an outdoor table for casual meals. It also features a slat-top design that allows water to drain through easily.

Heavy, stable, very nice looking. Recommend.. David. Kirkland, WA. Thu Aug 27 2026

Unlike our benches and chairs with backs, the lowest point in this seat’s curve is directly in the center, allowing you to face in either direction. This bench can also be used for seating at our rectangular dining table for an outdoor picnic dining set or in area where a bench with a back would be just too tall. Expertly crafted from solid teak wood with mortise & tenon joinery, it is sealed in a waterbased coat for added weather protection against the elements of rain, hail or shine. Over time, the wood will weather to a beautiful silver gray patina, or occasionally scrub down with soap and water to keep in pristine condition. Add cushions with All-Weather Sunbrella Fabrics for added comfort. Quality built for generations. Its timeless design and durable construction make it a versatile and lasting addition to any outdoor living space.
