EDIT Birch Lane’s customer service was exceptional. They immediately shipped a flawless replacement mirror, and I was able to use the box and packing materials from the new one to return the damaged mirror — a smooth, hassle-free process. We bought this mirror for our half bathroom, and it’s truly simple, elegant, and perfect for the space. When we first installed it, I discovered a subtle 1-inch scratch embedded in the glass — something my husband didn’t even notice when hanging it, but I spotted it right away. Thanks to Birch Lane’s quick response and thoughtful handling of the situation, I’m thrilled with the replacement and highly recommend this mirror. If you order one, I still suggest inspecting it carefully upon arrival and holding onto the packaging until you’re sure it’s perfect.. Kathleen. Herndon, VA. Mon Sep 08 2025

This mirror is absolutely stunning. I was afraid it would be somewhat flimsy, but I was so wrong. Very well designed and the quality of materials exceeded my expectations. I have been eyeing this mirror for a while now, debating if I should just go ahead and pay for the name-brand one for a bit more than twice this one's price range for only a few inches bigger. I am so glad I went with this one instead, so happy with the quality and price of this one, and not to mention the packaging. They really care about their product and protecting it, so well packaged. I ordered the black trim mirror, and it is the perfect matte black. The mirror is crystal clear, and there are no distortions on it as you sometimes tend to get with others. Nice mirror but color is not what is depicted One reason I chose this mirror is that the frame appeared to be an antique gold color. The one I received has a bright yellow-gold frame. I am going to try and correct the color with a glaze. Also, I was expecting a 22" wide mirror, but 22" is the width of the glass. The overall width, with frame, is 24". I should have read more carefully.. Gena. Prospect, KY. Sat Dec 06 2025
