Huge pieces make it hard to ship/move. I ordered 2 boxes 3 weeks ago and am still waiting on 1 box. I received 2 boxes of the wrong product, which was shipped as inefficiently as possible, on its on pallet. The next box- the correct product- was shipped the same way. I can’t believe there isn’t a better/more cost efficient way to transport this.

We received the tile but haven't installed it yet. We opened the packages and everything arrived in great shape. The color of the tile is even better than expected. Lovely! Can't wait to get it on our new bathroom floor. [Update] Tile is installed and we love it! The installer was very happy with the quality of the tile and had no complaints.
