I received an email stating my wallpaper had been delivered but it had not. I called CS and they stated to look at my neighbors house or wait three days and call back. After three days, I called back and the end resolution from Wayfair was “file a police report” bc they were not responsible. This was a $2,000 order. The next week it showed up without confirmation of delivery. A mess.
