I recently purchased this decorative mirror, and overall, Im pleased with it—though there were a couple of surprises. The gold frame is more yellow-toned than I expected. I was hoping for a softer, brushed or antique gold, but it has a brighter, almost metallic yellow finish. It’s still attractive, just something to be aware of if youre aiming for a more muted or vintage look. The mirror itself is quite large and heavy, which actually speaks to its solid construction. It feels very well made, with no distortion in the glass and a sturdy frame that looks like it will last. Hanging it took two people due to the weight, but once up, it made a strong visual impact. The shape isn’t quite oval—its more of an abstract, organic form, which adds character and makes it stand out from standard mirrors. It works really well as an accent piece, especially in a hallway, bedroom, or entryway. While the color wasn’t exactly what I expected, the quality and unique design make up for it. The Ancram mirror shipped fast and came packaged securely! It is a good weight. Not too heavy that youre afraid to hang it on the wall. Has hooks to hang vertical or horizontal. Will go with any decor!

This gold toned mirror by Red Barrel Studio has really spruced up my wall that was bare. It’s a GORGEOUS MIRROR. I am absolutely obsessed. Be aware that it’s heavy and will require a good anchor on the wall or you could hang it on a stud if possible. It can be hung vertical or horizontal which is a great added feature. It’s very heavy so you might need assistance handling it. It’s very classy. Pairs well with many different styles.
