Phantom Wall Mounted Shelves

I really made a mistake ordering these. The frames are so warped that they would not lay flat against the wall. We realized this after we had already put giant drywall screws in, when we had put screws through three of the anchors and the other one was floating way off the wall. That's when we decided we had to return the shelves, because it was not possible to secure them. So now we have giant holes in our wall and two shelves we'll have to figure out a way of packaging and returning. Rather than just issuing the return and refunding me, Joss and Main tells me I need to wait one to two days to hear back from the manufacturer, so that just adds to the frustration.

I was so hopeful because I loved how these looked but after putting them together and trying to install them, the metal frames were so warped we weren’t able to install them. I even tried to loosen the shelves to get the metal arms to be even but then the shelves were crooked. In the process of returning them and we’ll see how that goes.

One of the screws was bent to the point of being unusable, fortunately there was an extra screw. However the metal bars were bent and had to manually bend them for everything to sit close to being flush on the wall and a couple of the anchors that came with it were broken so we had to use anchors that we already had. Very cheaply made. You get what you pay for. Would be more of a hassle to return and spent so much time trying to assemble so not worth it to return at this point. Not buying from here again. Marketed as being higher end but still cheap wayfair quality.would select zero stars if I could.

Metal railing arrived bent. The hardware that fastens the shelf planks to the is cheaply made and begins to strip from the threads in the boards as you assemble it. If you ever have to remove the shelf planks the shelf is not going to reassemble easily.

Solid, attractive shelving. Fast delivery and easy to assemble.
