I got this mirror in the 28" x 40" size, and unfortunately, the glass must be warped because looking into it is like looking into a funhouse mirror. When you stand really close to it, it looks fine, but as soon as you back up at all (or look at it from across the room), everything is noticeably distorted. It’s immediately obvious to anyone who looks at it.
We assumed we must have gotten a defective one and that it was just a fluke, especially given the number of great reviews, so we returned it and ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement had the exact same issue.
Luckily, I was able to get a refund, but I wanted to leave this review to warn others. I’m not sure if the smaller sizes have the same issue, but unfortunately, it seems like the glass in the 28" x 40" size may consistently be warped.
I do really like the frame, though! It does have some tacky residue, and the color comes off on your hands a little if you touch it, but I figure that probably won’t matter once it’s hanging up.
