I ordered the color silver. It is nothing like the color that is pictured online. It is silver, like a robot silver. I would've been fine just returning and moving on with my life. However, when you submit a return they ask you if you want to keep the item for a paltry $7 discount. The other option is to ship it back at your own expense which equals approximately $15 in shipping costs. So I see an image of a product I'm interested in. You ship me a product that looks absolutely nothing like what I was ordering. I pay $15 to send it back to you. Sounds fair right?

I read all the reviews on all the blackout rods and selected this one. So glad I did. Very sturdy and a breeze to install. We hung the Thalia velvet blackout curtains on it with no sagging at all. As a side note, Hubby hates installing curtain rods but has said (at least ten times) this is the only rod he wants in the house. Very impressive!
