I purchased two different curtain rods. This rod is very light feeling in weight where the other curtain rod I purchased had a nice heavier weight to it. Luckily, I'm only hanging shears on the lightweight rod or else I would probably have to return it.

I do have to say that it does bring a certain level of satisfaction having curtains hung in the room especially when they are hanging from such a beautifully made curtain rod. These will be going up through out my house.
