I ordered two of these curtain rods and only one arrived. My former roommate didn’t even let me know the package had arrived until a few weeks ago so when I notified Wayfair that my order arrived incomplete, they told me too much time had passed and weren’t able to offer me a replacement or a refund even though me not getting it on time wasn’t my fault. Will not be making any future purchases from Wayfair in the future.
