Jute Round Wall Mirror

Get ready for a lot of compliments on this unique accent piece!

I received the mirror broken, and the customer service has been very poor. To this day, no one has arranged a pickup or sent a replacement. I am also not willing to carry a broken mirror back to UPS. This issue remains unresolved.

I LOVE this framed mirror. It’s absolutely beautiful and so much better than I thought it would be. That said, there were two major problems with it. When they packed it, the mirror weight was not supported so the screws stripped the mirror off the frame in transit. The mirror was falling off the frame and there was a chip in an edge of the glass when we received it. My husband saw the problem and tried to screw it back in so we could at least see what it would look like, and we were able to cover the chipped glass with the jute frame. But it was so stripped it wouldn’t hold, so we had to take it to our local frame shop for repair. Perigold only gave me $47.54 and it cost us $55.21 plus the hassle of getting it to the frame shop for repair, not to mention that we now have to wait 6 weeks to get it back from them due to a backlog. The second and even bigger issue—literally—is that the mirror is the wrong size. They said the measurements were 26x26 but that was for the glass mirror itself only. With the frame it was 36 inches—way too big for my guest bedroom that I purchased it for. I found a spot in our main living area for it, though it is still tight there. I struggled to decide whether to return it, but we decided to keep it, again because I love the mirror itself so much. So be careful about dimensions. I thought perhaps they sent me the 40x40 by mistake, but it is clearly 36 inches (not 40) and the glass mirror piece is 26x26, so I have to assume that I received the correct one.

Very happy with the mirror. Goes well with the MCM dining room style! Hardware provided was easy to hang.
