Very disappointed that two of these mirrors arrived with damage. Not due to shipping, but due to poor quality. Cracks in the wood frame and separation between pieces of the wood frame caused us to return these items.

The delivery was a disaster!! I ordered two mirrors. One has Badly cracked mirror and the wood frame was cracked as well. It took five phone calls and several emails to me to get a new mirror sent to replace the completely useless mirror. At one point I was told I had to send both the broken mirror AND the good mirror back because they had to replace my order, not just the broken mirror! Are you kidding me? I had to fight to get customer service realize it was not a set but two individual mirrors ordered at the same time!! Forget this company representing itself as an upgrade to wayfair
