Belfield Metal Wall Mirror

The size mirror I need is 24x20 and I ordered that, thinking it would lie horizontal. When it arrived, it was 20x 24...hardwared for vertical. Customer service was very nice and seemed to understand what I meant after I explained, and sent me another mirror, but was the exact same size and layout as the first. The hardware comes attached to the back, so I can't change the orientation. I've tried my best to explain what I need but this company does not actually understand that I need the other orientation. They are nice but simply don't understand. The mirror is offered on the website in sizes 24x20 AND 20x24, so I was led to think they had both a horizontal and vertical orientation, but since I now have 3 vertical mirrors and 0 horizontal mirrors, I guess they don't have both. I'm not sure what else to do.

This mirror is pretty but didn’t fit the space I was looking to use it in.

We bought this mirror to update our guest/parlor bathroom. Everything in there was bronze and silver finishes. We decided we wanted everything modern/industrial so we purchased and swapped everything out for black fixtures - door handles, lighting, toilet paper rack, hand tow rack and of course the mirror. It’s well made and goes beautifully with everything we have updated in the bathroom. It ties everything nicely together, I highly recommend it

The style is great. It attaches to the wall in a difficult way because the mirror needs to be attached to the two posts prior to screwing onto the wall. The biggest disappointment with these mirrors, is the mirror quality itself. Unfortunately we did not unpackage them until past the return window, but we are ordering replacement mirrors. They are not useable because mirror is so distorting unless you are a couple inches from it. We purchased two and both were like this, so I do not believe it was a defect in the ones we received.
