The size mirror I need is 24x20 and I ordered that, thinking it would lie horizontal. When it arrived, it was 20x 24...hardwared for vertical. Customer service was very nice and seemed to understand what I meant after I explained, and sent me another mirror, but was the exact same size and layout as the first. The hardware comes attached to the back, so I can't change the orientation. I've tried my best to explain what I need but this company does not actually understand that I need the other orientation. They are nice but simply don't understand. The mirror is offered on the website in sizes 24x20 AND 20x24, so I was led to think they had both a horizontal and vertical orientation, but since I now have 3 vertical mirrors and 0 horizontal mirrors, I guess they don't have both. I'm not sure what else to do.

We bought this mirror to update our guest/parlor bathroom. Everything in there was bronze and silver finishes. We decided we wanted everything modern/industrial so we purchased and swapped everything out for black fixtures - door handles, lighting, toilet paper rack, hand tow rack and of course the mirror. It’s well made and goes beautifully with everything we have updated in the bathroom. It ties everything nicely together, I highly recommend it
