EDIT Birch Lane’s customer service was exceptional. They immediately shipped a flawless replacement mirror, and I was able to use the box and packing materials from the new one to return the damaged mirror — a smooth, hassle-free process. We bought this mirror for our half bathroom, and it’s truly simple, elegant, and perfect for the space. When we first installed it, I discovered a subtle 1-inch scratch embedded in the glass — something my husband didn’t even notice when hanging it, but I spotted it right away. Thanks to Birch Lane’s quick response and thoughtful handling of the situation, I’m thrilled with the replacement and highly recommend this mirror.
