I ordered two prints by the same artist and received this one first. The wood frame was encased in a gold plastic which had chipped in several places making the print unusable. I waited a week for the second print to arrive after going around and around with fed ex trying to locate it, which only happened after Joss and Main issued a claim with fed ex. It too was chipped and unusable. I received a full refund for the first print and was told to keep the damaged print or donate it. In order to receive a full refund for the second print, Heaven and Earth IV, I need to rewrap and package this 30x40 inch heavy framed pic and take it to my local fedex. I was really looking forward to hanging these prints in my home and I’m so disappointed in the obvious lack of quality in the framing process. I paid more than $800 for both plus the time spent trying to get the matter settled.
