Items delivered damaged. Luckily we bought more than we need so we can continue with our remodel but am contacting customer service to get a partial refund because this is ridiculous. Otherwise tile is heavy and is the exact color we hoped for.

These are exactly as expected, there’s variation because they’re natural stone but the sizing is great and predictable which makes them easy to install. They were also easy to cut and seal.
