I received the curtain and I like the color very much (I got a dark green one). It doesn't block light as much as I would hope, but it blocks some light. I got this to cover my parrot's cage in the evenings because she needs more hours of darkness and we tend to hang around in "her" living room at night to watch TV or read. It does ok, not great but ok, at blocking the light for her.

The curtains are fine, simple. They are not room darkening curtains. They do not block the light from coming through.
