The quality of the product was spot-on, and delivery was timely. The tile, especially in the Matte, looks amazing in our bathroom. Unfortunately, one of the boxes arrived damaged and all of tiles inside were broken. I would have only give 3 stars, but customer service was great and they gave me a refund on the broken set, so I bumped them back up to 4.
