Items delivered damaged. Luckily we bought more than we need so we can continue with our remodel but am contacting customer service to get a partial refund because this is ridiculous. Otherwise tile is heavy and is the exact color we hoped for.

Please do not order tile! They do not refund! I purchased the Camden 12 in. x 24 in. Gauged Slate Floor and Wall Tile after ordering a sample. The sample was beautiful, thicker, and appeared to be much higher quality than the actual tiles I received. The full order looked nothing like the sample and felt much thinner and lower quality, which was very misleading. The tiles arrived stacked poorly, and several were cracked and damaged right out of the box. In addition, they had a strong chemical odor that made me uncomfortable bringing them into my home. Between the damage, the smell, and the significant difference in quality compared to the sample, I was extremely disappointed. What made the experience even worse was that my request for a refund was denied despite receiving damaged product. I feel misled by the sample and let down by the customer service. I would not recommend these tiles or purchasing them based solely on the sample, as my order did not match the quality that was advertised.
