Came in 4 large boxes. Well packaged and overall pretty easy to put together. High quality and looks great! Love the light gray color. I also love the under-mattress storage. I opted to not use the provided pieces to box in the under-mattress storage to allow for a few more inches of space (I slid them under the bed for now though).
