I hate stand alone trash cans. For years I have had a cabinet trash bin, but in our new home there was simply not enough cabinet space for trash to take up an entire cabinet so I bought this one. It is the best looking trash can I have ever encountered. It resists finger prints and other mess well and holds a heap a lot of trash! I have seven kids and cook a lot, but we only empty our kitchen trash two to three times a week. It is lovely. Would absolutely recommend.
