I hate stand alone trash cans. For years I have had a cabinet trash bin, but in our new home there was simply not enough cabinet space for trash to take up an entire cabinet so I bought this one. It is the best looking trash can I have ever encountered. It resists finger prints and other mess well and holds a heap a lot of trash! Even though it's a 10Gal can my trash liner bags that are 13Gal size still fits the can and I'm really happy with shape which is rectangular and fits right up against the wall.
