Assembly issues the pre drilled holes did not align was unable to contract seller for return

Really disappointed in the quality. Purchased the white, came with chips and dents that were painted over. I think I received someone’s return. Also the gold is spray painted (and not well done) you can also see spray paint on the hardware. Ugh! Lastly one of the screw holes was not aligned and can’t fasten These damages were not caused by shipping. The pieces were triple wrapped in bubble wrap. This is a production/quality issue and for this price, unacceptable. Wayfair offered a complete replacement or 50% off.

I really loved this when I saw it for the first time here, had to wait for it to be hack in stock and grabbed it immediately when it did. I was horrified when it arrived and the box was one of the worst I had ever seen from a delivery, they had added tape that broke at the touch. No wonder the delivery man oddly didn't ring the bell when he dropped this off. As I opened and unwrapped it I was pleasantly surprised to see how well packed it was. No damage at all except a small wood scrape that doesn't show once it's all assembled so I was okay with it. It also did, strangely, have cobwebs on it. It was simple to put together. I just didn't have the strength to push the pieces into place so had to wait for the husband to do it. Which he did easily. Looks great! I love it even more in person! Would definitely recommend.

Obsessed with this coat rack! Everyone has complimented on how cool it is when they come to visit. Great find!

I saw this in item person at an air bnb and I loved it. When mine came in the mail I was disappointed by the quality. The paint is gapping in a lot of the gold areas. It doesn’t look rustic it just looks cheap. I wouldn’t recommend this for the price it’s listed at and I even bought it on sale.

Beautiful quality, but gave it 3 stars because the gold isn’t polished (how it looked online). It’s brushed and a tinge brassy. Didn’t work in my house.
