I just opened up this rug and it is stunning! I can’t tell you how much I love it. It’s pretty soft too. The edges are curled up but only slightly and I expect they will flatten out soon. Now, I just have to decide where to keep it. I like it so much I am not sure I want it by the back door. I’m thinking maybe next to my bed would be better!. Kristen. Green Bay, WI. Fri Jun 24 2022

This rug is *very* soft (not scratchy) but sturdy, and the design is beautiful. The tag says it's 80% viscose (artificial silk) and 20% cotton, and it feels that way - a delight to bare feet. The height variation in the pile design is larger than we anticipated, giving it a nice sculptural feel. The color is a little darker gray (at least in our space) than it looks in the photos but still tends to lighter than darker overall. There are also more shades of gray with flecks of black in the coloring than it appears in the photos, giving it a *slightly* striped look side to side. You can see this a bit if you mouse over the third photo in the description. All of these discoveries only heighten our appreciation for this rug ... it's much more interesting and beautiful than it appears in the photos, and we will be ordering 2 of the runners for our bedroom next! We chose "room of choice" delivery, and the Wayfair delivery team could not have been more professional, friendly, prompt, and rightfully proud of their work.. Martha. San Francisco, CA. This Oriental rug has all the charm of a coveted flea market find. Inspired by traditional Persian textiles, this rug showcases a botanical central medallion pattern in soothing gray hues. It's power-loomed from polyester, and the medium pile adds warmth and texture to your floors while still being easy to vacuum. Pro-tip: Although it has a cotton backing, we recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad for additional cushioning and to help keep it in place.

Fabulous rug! Beautiful and soft to the touch. Colors are gorgeous. Mix of cool gray, warm beige and touch of light blue. As other commenters said it has a bit of a sheen, but definitely not too much. It looks like an expensive rug, pretty amazing for the price. Took off one star bc the rug came slightly damaged. I decided it was minor enough to make it not worth sending it back, but still a bit frustrating.. Anonymous. Wed May 03 2023
